Anthony Pagliaro, MBA is the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Dominican Hospital Foundation in Santa Cruz, California. He began his journey with Dominican Hospital in 2014 as the coordinator of 81 Hello Humankindness Retreats for thousands of our Bay Area colleagues. Anthony transitioned to a role at the Dominican Hospital Foundation in 2016, serving first as Operations Manager and most recently as Director of Philanthropy. In January of 2022, Anthony was recognized nationally by CommonSpirit Health Philanthropy, receiving the Philanthropy Values Award, granted to just one philanthropy employee annually across the 83-foundation, 21-state enterprise.
In addition to his foundation duties, Anthony serves as Dominican Hospital’s Advocacy Liaison as well as servers on the hospital's COVID Response Team. Within the community, Anthony serves as a director on the board of the Santa Cruz County Business Council and is currently a member of the Focus Ag Class of 2023.
Anthony is a native of Santa Cruz county and a lifelong resident of Scotts Valley where he currently resides with his wife Katy, and two children, Olivia and Owen.
