Kathy Taylor is the Market Vice President for Development and the leader of the CHI St. Vincent Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Kathy served as the CHI St. Vincent Market Director for Development from 2014 through 2022. Prior to that, Kathy served as Vice President of Philanthropy for nearly 10 years with Mercy at CHI's ministry in Hot Springs before the merger. Additionally, Kathy has worked at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy. Finally, Kathy spent 12 years with the United Way early in her career. Altogether, Kathy has almost 40 years of experience!
During her time with CHI St.Vincent, Kathy has assisted with the campaign to fund the new home for the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute Research and Education Center at the CHI St. Vincent North campus in Sherwood, AR. ANI Research and Education Center houses one of the top Research and Education labs in the world. The Foundation raised in excess of $4,000,000 for this project.
Kathy was instrumental in raising funds for the grand opening of the Anthony Child Birth Center in Hot Springs, thanks to the generosity of the Anthony family and the Katherine C. Anthony Charitable Trust. She also led efforts to raise more than $1,600,000 in Hot Springs and fully funded three 3D mammography units for CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs and one 3D mammography unit for our mobile mammography bus, serving rural communities and the underserved.
In 2020, Kathy and the foundation team supported the COVID vaccination clinics at the Infirmary, scheduling volunteers, nurses and managing patient flow.
