With over 20 years in philanthropy leadership within healthcare systems, Adam has a proven track record of inspiring community engagement, securing vital resources, and fostering strong relationships to advance organizational goals. He is particularly recognized for his strategic approach to fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and his ability to build high-performing teams.
Most recently, Adam served for six years at Providence Tarzana Foundation, where he held the role of Director of Planned Giving. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in revitalizing donor engagement and significantly increasing support, contributing to millions of dollars in fundraising that advanced their goals and fostered innovation for positive change.
Adam's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Northern Arizona University, an MPA in Non-Profit Management from Eastern Michigan University, and a BA in History from Eastern Michigan University In addition, he holds Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) certifications, underscoring his deep expertise in the field.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys '80s music and movies, and cherishes spending time with his family. He is the proud father of a 12-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old son and has been married to his wife Stephanie, a kindergarten teacher, since 2011. Together, they love traveling, and are passionate about cheering on Los Angeles sports teams-though Adan, secretly remains loyal to Detroit, having grown up in Michigan.
