Caleb joined CommonSpirit Health in 2024 and became a part of the national philanthropy team in 2026 as a system support analyst. In this role, he partners with local foundations to support operational systems and processes, drawing on experience in non-profit system management, data analytics, and project management. Caleb enjoys helping make complex systems feel more manageable and ideally less mysterious.
Originally from Minnesota, Caleb earned a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an MBA from St. Catherine University. Now living in Seattle, Washington, he loves taking advantage of the Pacific Northwest’s beauty through hiking, camping, and just about any excuse to be outdoors.
