With over 27 years of healthcare administration experience, Leia brings a deep understanding of the complexities of grant management in the healthcare sector. She is a Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) and an active member of the National Grants Management Association (NGMA), serving on the CGMA Certification Council, contributing to the development and maintenance of professional standards in the field. She is also a member of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA) and a Board Member of the Indiana Chapter, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the field of grants. Leia holds an MBA with a concentration in healthcare management from Colorado Technical University, providing her with a strong foundation in both business principles and healthcare-specific challenges.
