System Vice President, National Philanthropy Initiatives

Meghan Frost is the System Vice President, National Philanthropy Initiatives for CommonSpirit Health. In this role, she leads the strategy, implementation and growth of philanthropic investment in CommonSpirit's leading national priorities that put our commitment to health justice into action.

Frost joined CommonSpirit in 2022 as System Vice President, Philanthropy Campaigns, leading the $100 million campaign for the More in Common Alliance, a historic partnership with Morehouse School of Medicine to expand and diversify the physician workforce in order to achieve health equity. 

She brings a unique blend of higher education system and health care fundraising experience to CommonSpirit. Most recently, she served Creighton University as Assistant Vice President for Development, Health Sciences, where she led and exceeded Creighton’s initial goal for philanthropy at the new Arizona regional health sciences campus, in partnership with CommonSpirit. Prior to her work at Creighton, Frost held a series of leadership roles at Arizona State University, University of Arizona, Northern Arizona University, and the College of International Security Studies at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany under the U.S. Department of Defense. 

Frost has a bachelor of arts in English from Washington and Jefferson College and a master of arts in Rhetoric and Communications from Ohio University.
