Kayla Beilke

CHI Mercy Health Foundation

Kayla Beilke serves as the Executive Assistant and Foundation Coordinator at CHI Mercy Health in Valley City, North Dakota. Kayla joined the CommonSpirit Health ministry in 2020 as a Purchasing Manager. In this role, she assisted the local hospital through supply shortages and backorders during the COVID-19 pandemic. This allowed her to build relationships and learn the needs of all areas in the hospital.

In 2022, Kayla transitioned to her current role, which gives her the opportunity to use her knowledge to expand programs and services. She is a proud advocate of CHI Mercy Health Foundation, which has successfully fundraised for the construction of a mammography unit and the purchase of upgraded cardiac equipment. Kayla is extremely community-focused and sees the value in critical access hospitals in rural areas. She works closely with community partners to improve patient's experience while at CHI Mercy.  

Kayla received her bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Marketing minor from Valley City State University. She is an active volunteer in the community serving as a Board Member for the local Chamber of Commerce. Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, making travel plans and reading a good book.
