Danielle Mondo Tibon is a senior data analyst for CommonSpirit Health’s philanthropy team. She joined the ministry in 2016 and has served on the national team since 2019. In her role she is responsible for supporting operations at local fundraising entities across the system.

Residing in her native hometown, Stockton, California, Danielle is immersed in the community and has witnessed the positive impact that CommonSpirit has had on those residing there. She continues to advocate for the needs of those who are underserved and identify opportunities for support.

Danielle received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of the Pacific and a master’s of business administration from the University of Arizona’s Global Campus. In 2019, she was appointed to Dignity Health’s Central Valley mission formation team. She currently sits on the executive committee for St. Mary’s Dining Room in Stockton and is the PTA president for Presentation Parish School.
