CommonSpirit Health Foundation hosted nearly 400 guests at ninth annual Humankindness Gala on May 22 at San Francisco City Hall. The gala raised over $1.8 million to showcase humankindness and to address social issues facing communities served by the health system. Jed York, CommonSpirit Health Foundation Board Chairman and CEO of the San Francisco 49ers was honored with the Humankindness in Action Award, presented by CommonSpirit Health Chief Executive Officer, Wright Lassiter III, in honor of his dedication to health, humanity and philanthropy.
