Two CommonSpirit Health leaders recognized
in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s 40 Under 40 list
Chicago, Ill. (September 24, 2020) – CommonSpirit Health’s William Curtis and Daniel Robles have been included in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) 40 Under 40 list.
The 40 Under 40 program is designed to recognize the future leaders within the health care philanthropy community. AHP is honoring these 40 young professionals because they are shaping the future of the health care development industry. Collectively, they are changing the world—one campaign at a time.
“These honorees are part of a select group of health care philanthropy professionals who have demonstrated impressive career achievements, deep community involvement and the potential to be leaders in our profession for years to come,” said Alice Ayres, AHP president & CEO.
William Curtis joined Dignity Health from Blackbaud in 2015 and currently serves as CommonSpirit’s System Vice President, Technology and Innovations for Philanthropy. In this capacity Will oversees a team of professionals tasked with the evaluation, adoption and support of technology solutions across the system’s 79 affiliated fundraising entities.
Daniel Robles serves as CommonSpirit’s System Manager of Philanthropy Support, working on the technology team to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our fundraising offices and staff. Prior to his system role, Danny worked at Dignity Health’s St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, Calif. and on behalf of numerous community non-profits.
“Both Will and Danny possesses a vast knowledge, unparalleled enthusiasm and deep desire to achieve the greatest outcomes for not only our development teams but also our donors,” observes Fred Najjar, CommonSpirit’s Executive Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer. “They share a remarkable commitment to advancing the fundraising efforts of both our enterprise and the community organizations for which they volunteer. I’m proud to say that Danny and Will are the model of future philanthropy leaders these awards seek to recognize.”
