Employee Giving

As a CommonSpirit Health employee we know that you demonstrate your generosity and kindness every day. If you are able, participating in the national office employee giving campaign is one way to express gratitude and care for your colleagues.

CommonSpirit employees continue to humble us with your extraordinary efforts. Our hope is that we can connect each and every individual to a program or service that will resonate with you and inspire your support.

Please consider making a gift today. Employee giving is just one way to further engage with our ministry by making a donation to a program or service you are passionate about supporting.

Our campaign priorities for 2021 are:

  • Health Equity Fund: making an impact by building or bolstering programs and services that address racism, embed trauma-informed care, increase violence awareness and prevention, create a diverse health workforce, and more.
  • Research Excellence Equity Fund: supporting a Clinical Research Innovation Grant Program for patient-centered projects with a health equity emphasis as well as start-up funding for research projects by physicians of color with the goal of increasing recruitment and programs to increase diversity both in clinical trials and the research workforce.
  • Sustainability Fund: supporting our mission through environmental solutions that address healthy equity needs related to sustainability.
  • Workforce Equity Fund: expanding representation of people of color within the health care sector through the development of regional campuses, scholarships, GME, and funding research that will drive broader understanding of the nuances that exist within culturally diverse communities.

If you wish to support any of our 80+ local foundations or do not see an initiative that meets your passion, please contact Paul Richardson, System Senior Vice President, Philanthropy Engagement, by email or by phone at 415.438.5500.

Thank you for standing with your CommonSpirit Health® colleagues and supporting our mission to create a healthier future for all—inspired by faith, driven by innovation, and powered by our humanity.
